Let’s be honest…#themotherhoodisreal. So we designed a program for moms looking to get back into a routine. Whether you have worked out for years, are getting back into working out after many years, or have never set foot in a gym. Body Well is the perfect place to start, no matter your season of motherhood.
Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. In this 8-week program, you will join our FIT4MOM Body Well Group; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC.
Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide).
Our WINTER SESSION: THRIVE IN 2025 Session begins JANUARY 20!
During Prep Week, you'll meet your coach and the other ladies in our Body Well Accountability Group, set your SMART goal for the session, come up with an action plan, and learn all about the Body Well Nutritional Pillars.
The 8 week session includes:
- 2 weekly kid-free workouts | M (7:30PM) + TH at 7:00pm
- Personalized SMART goal setting
- Before + After Fitness Assessments
- One on one weekly check-ins with your Body Well Coach
- A printed 8 Week Wellness Journal + Habit Tracker PDF download
- Private Body Well Chat Group Access
- Bi Weekly Body Well Group Meetings on Zoom | Wednesdays at 8:00pm
- FIT4MOM Nutrition Guide + Recipe App

Body Well sessions are currently held 3 times a year - every season and spots fill up fast!
Cancellation policy There are no refunds, credits or transfers for the Body Well program. If you should become pregnant or injured during the session, please email amywooten@fit4mom.com for your options.
