Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout consists of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You'll leave class feeling connected, successful, and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment! Stroller Barre is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the insdie out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood. This class is great for prenatal workouts, postpartum, and beyond! Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to ehlp you spring through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day! Bring Dad, your kids, grandma, or come solo for a fun Stroller Strides class for the whole family! Start off the Saturday with the whole family getting a workout in!! Kiddos kinder and under still need to be in the stroller. Older kiddos are welcome! Please bring a blanket or chair for them to sit on during stations. The workout is only for 18+.

This stroller friendly class is to celebrate all the classes we have accomplished! Whether it is your first class or hundredth class there is so much to celebrate! Join us for a fun filled morning, milestone pictures, pictures and light snacks afterwards. We will have this celebration 3-4 times a year.
Baby's and Blankets is a time for moms of 0-12 month olds to connect, bond through motherhood challenges and offer to support through a mini workout and expert advice. FIT4MOM Burleson-Crowley will provide a mini low impact workout for moms. Texas Healthcare providers will step in for a Q&A for all postpartum needs. We look forward to meeting you!
FIT4BABY is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. FIT4BABY is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. Theses classes are for moms only.
Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom's mental and physical health. Body Boost is a 60 minute results based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it. Join us on Monday/Thursday at 7PM for our mom only classes.
Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Join us for an 8-week session, beginning March 23, training for the Got Your 6 5K Run put on to benefit Burleson Police Department in many aspects! We will be training for the 5K with emphasis on cross training! There is also option to complete the 10K plan. Saturday mornings we will meet up for group run and then complete cross training to build endurance and strength. Saturday meet ups will be 60 minutes. The race is optional and not included in sign up cost.

Let’s turn up the volume and celebrate moms! Enjoy a Mother’s Day Outing at the plaza featuring a DJ, local vendors, raffle items, giveaways and fitness demo classes. Moms who attend the event, visit the vendors and take a fitness demo class will be given a complimentary plate of food from La Bandida Street Food. Pre-register using the ticketing link to guarantee your food. This event is open to all moms in our community and is free!!
A pop up class at The Learning Experience! We will teach a 60 minute Body Boost class mixed of strength and cardio to leave mom feeling strong, empowered and recharged! We will also have snacks from our Body Well guide to show our nutrition guide program that starts this summer!
Monthly Mom's Night Outs are planned to help mamas connect without the littles around. We want uninterrupted conversation over food or an acitivity we don't have to share. We want these few hours we take for ourselves to fill our cups back up so we can go home loving our family after creating friendships with other mamas!

We will join together as a village for a trip to the ZOO! Join us for a fun morning at the Fort Worth Zoo. We will meet right at opening at 10AM. If you do not already have a zoo pass post in the Our Village FB Group to see if there are members who can get you in free with their zoo pass! We can't wait for the fun! Sign up in PIKE13 so we know who to expect. There will NOT be a stroller class this day. Join us Monday evening for a strength class at Body Ignite the night before and get those steps in with us at the zoo
